- It is ideal to buy your first pair of heels with support around the ankle and possibly cushioning on the heel and toe area of the shoe. This will ensure maximum comfort and stability.
- Take small strides when walking in heels as they are designed in that way. Even if you have the habit of walking fast and in long strides, slow down. Walking in small steps also allows you to show off a little bit.
- Practice walking in heels at home and make sure that, not only they are comfortable, but even more importantly, you are comfortable with them.
